The Zillo Pillow has truly been designed by a professional who has taken the dynamics of the neck into serious consideration. Besides travel, I have found it very useful for watching TV and for car travel. In comparison to other travel pillows, I really like the natural feeling materials, as well.
I ordered a zillo and was concerned that it might not get to me in time as we were flying at the end of the week. I emailed zillo and received an immediate response from Andrew, not only did he reply, but hand delivered it himself! The pillow itself was great, and enabled me to sleep through a large portion of my flight to Japan, something which I have struggled with on long flights in the past.
